I was a little leary of ordering a laptop battery from an online source, however, I am very glad I did! First of all, the item came in very quickly, and second it was the correct battery for my machine. The laptop that I use it on is a second computer and the screen would go black. Since I've replaced the battery I haven't had this happen. The battery came with complete instructions on how to keep the battery working longer...by running it completely dead, then recharging...and repeating this cycle a total of 4 times to ensure the longest life out of the battery! I was surprised they offered that info because after all they are in the business of selling you another one Overall, I had a very good experience with this purchase, and will definitely come here for the next battery!
