I ordered a replacement/spare battery for my AT;T (Novatel) Model 2372 MiFi hotspot unit. The BatteryKing.com one that I received looked identical to the OEM one that I received from AT;T. However, it would NOT charge successfully in my AT;T MiFI 2372 unit. Closely comparing the OEM v. the BatteryKing.com batteries revealed some subtle differences on the leading edge of the battery. First, the + ; - copper connector strips on the BatteryKing one are not as long as those on the OEM one from AT;T. Second, the white square on the BatteryKing one is not quite in the same location (it's about 0.25" offset). I am assuming these subtle differences are causing my charging problem. Maybe the AT;T branded version of the Novatel 2372 is made slightly different than the generic Novatel 2372.

i ordered a replacement mifi 2372 battery here.the first battery i recieved was the wrong battery completely so i contacted them.the company was very prompt and i recieved this the other day.i was happy about the turnover.i replaced my original battery to charge this new battery up so i could use the device the replacement battery was intended for but when i went to turn it on after charging the replacement battery,the device wouldnt turn on so i could use it..i have contacted this company 3 times since recieving this particular replacement battery since the last battery was clearly the wrong battery all together and havent recieved a response from anybody..anybody who buys from this company has to be completely insane as it seems they dont have customer service worth a crap.i must have just got lucky as far as them contacting me on the last battery which was the wrong battery but this battery?nope hadnt heard anything from them...i have sent to the company 3 times for them to contact me and im really aggravated over this as this is my money im spending!
