Used these batteries for wireless alarm system remote sensors and they work fine. The date on the battery is manufacture date, not expiration date. The batteries I used to buy were from R-Shack were dead on purchase(Tadiran brand). These are 1/4 the price and all worked when I got them. These have been installed for a few months and are still holding a full charge so the drain is also very good. I recommend these as a replacement without hesitation. Stay away from the Tadiran brand...
